Halibut Steaks are cut from the body of the fish, perpendicular to the backbone. This lean fish has a mild, sweet tasting white flesh. It pairs well with bolder seasonings like lemon juice and basil. It is so versatile, it can be prepared using many methods, from broiled and baked, to grilled, pan-fried or poached

The wild caught Halibut comes from the deep cold water of Greenland. Halibut is a lean, sweet, delicate in flavour with perfectly firm texture and pure snow-white flesh. It will hold its shape and texture whether baked, broiled, grilled, poached or steamed, and its flavor works equally well with bold sauces or simple spritz of lemon.
