DIRECTIONS

ORAL USE
•  Adults: Take 1 to 2 vegicaps with warm water, after meals or before sleep.
•  Children under 12 years old: Half a vegicap. The contents of half a vegicap can be mixed with milk or warm water, once daily.

TROPICAL USE
•  Pearl powdered contents in the vegicap can be mixed with moisturisers or cream and apply on face or hands.
